I am a Registered Psychotherapist, who holds a doctorate degree (Ph.D) in psychology. I have been trained in EMDR therapy to work with complex trauma, PTSD, and dissociative disorders.

I have completed additional, specialized training in family therapy. I have extensive clinical work facilitating life coaching and stress management workshops.

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and is an evidence-based psychotherapy modality that was originally developed for treating trauma and PTSD.

It is now broadly used for treating wide range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, panic disorders, phobias, complicated grief, attachment-based issues, and some traumas-based personality disorders like Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).

EMDR also treats Dissociation and Dissociative Disorders such as Dissociate Identity Disorder or DID. Please watch this video on EMDRIA.Org website to learn more about EMDR.
