I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I hold a doctorate degree (PhD.) in General psychology.
My dissertation was about the identity formation of adults aged 24 and above.
I have worked with clients in various settings such as hospitals, community centers, crisis centers and private practices delivering psychotherapy and counseling for individuals and groups.
My clinical approach is CBT therapy while I try to integrate other techniques from different modalities to benefit my clients.
My clinical expertise is anxiety (including GAD, OCD, PTSD, panic attacks and phobias), depression, self-esteem and issues around identity.
